We strive to provide the best possible parking experience for our customers. Please note that refunds are not automatically granted and are subject to the specific conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted through the designated channels, and approval will be subject to the timing and circumstances of the cancellation or modification.
Refund eligibility.Refunds will only be granted if the cancellation meets the criteria outlined above. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or digital payment). No Refunds for Early Departures.If you decide to leave the parking facility earlier than your scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your parking duration. The full payment for the parking reservation remains non-refundable.
Extra charges may apply if you stay past your booked time.No Early Refunds. If you choose to leave the parking facility earlier than planned, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your parking time. The charge for your full reservation will remain applicable, and you will be responsible for paying for the entire duration of your reservation, regardless of when you exit the facility.
