PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the parking services provided by our pmtoylandparking. By booking or using our parking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking or using our parking facilities. You hereby also bind the owner of the vehicle you drive to all of these terms and conditions and warrant your authority to do so.

1. You agree to the following rules:

a) You must comply with all rules or instructions displayed in the car park from time to time and with all applicable laws.

b) You must not obstruct other persons or vehicles using the car park.

c) You may not park in any area marked "GUARDED" unless you have a valid license or lease to do so or any area marked "NO PARKING" or outside a marked parking space.

d) You may not park in a bay beyond the designated parking time, or abandon a vehicle.

e) The vehicle you park in this parking space must have a current warrant of eligibility and registration, be roadworthy, and be capable at all times of being driven under its own power and not pose any danger or risk to other vehicles or persons or the parking space.

f) You must pay upon entering OR when leaving the parking space in your vehicle, as applicable to this parking space.

g) You may not forcibly lift or interfere with any barrier arm or entrance device in the parking space, or follow another vehicle through the exit of a barrier arm without paying.

2. You agree that:

a) If you park in the car park beyond the time limit and/or you breach the above conditions, you are parking illegally and without permission, and we may issue a notice requiring you to pay within 7 days the sum of RM 300.00, as our estimated cost of enforcing these car park conditions.

b) If you forcibly lift or otherwise interfere with any barrier arm or entrance equipment in the car park, we may issue a notice requiring you to pay within 21 days the sum of RM2000, as our estimated administrative and operational costs of inspecting and resetting our equipment.

c) If you follow another vehicle through the exit of a barrier arm without paying, we may issue a notice requiring you to pay within 21 days the sum of RM1500, as our estimated cost of enforcing these conditions.

d) If you have been given a notice and you do not pay the amount stated therein within 21 days from the date of issue of the notice, then we will send you a reminder notice, and you agree to pay a further sum of RM 2000.00 as an estimate of our administrative costs for doing so.

3. Changes to Terms

Modification of terms. We reserve the right to modify, update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to any future bookings or use of our parking facilities.
